A good destination guide should leave you with choices, not a race. Start with one experience you care about, add something nearby, and leave a little time for what you find along the way.

Build a day around a smaller area

Look at the distance between stops before deciding how many to include. A food stop, a cultural visit and a proper break can make a satisfying day when they fit together geographically. Keep travel time visible in your plan.

Make the budget useful

Separate accommodation, meals, transport and activities. Mark unconfirmed amounts instead of treating them as zero. The demo plans illustrate how to organise these categories; their figures are planning examples, not live offers.

Bring the story into your trip
